We want you to love your Warm Glow Candle Co. purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unlit, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at our Help & Questions page with your order number and reason for return.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective item, we'll gladly send a replacement at no charge. Please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order and include a photo of the damage.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on candles that have been lit or used.
